Freda joined Peak Performance Melbourne with a mission: to help women build strength, transform their bodies, and discover confidence beyond the scale.
“I grew up obsessed with the number on the scale, always trying to shrink myself. At 16, I was running for an hour every day on the treadmill and surviving on just 600 calories — chasing weight loss at the expense of my health.”
After years of battling disordered eating, Freda found freedom through strength training and balanced nutrition. Her own transformation sparked a passion to guide other women toward healthier habits, resilience, and self-belief.
