8years later, what began as one person’s mission has become a supportive space where anyone can feel welcome and achieve lasting transformation.

Freda became a part of Peak Performance Melbourne to help women build strength and transform their bodies.

“I grew up fixated on the scale, always trying to be smaller.  I did daily intense 60minute runs on the treadmill when I was 16, and was starving myself at the same time eating 600calories a day trying to lose weight.”

After struggling with disordered eating as a teen, she found healing through healthier habits. This journey inspired her mission to empower women through strength training and self-confidence.
